Daddy hung the pinata up from a tree and had the kids go at it.
Miss A got to go first, since it was her birthday.
Not a lot of damage done to the Death Star by her...
Master A went next. He got some good hits in. I was actually worried that the Death Star wouldn't make it through everybody. But Grandma had made it extra tough, and Daddy did a good job of keeping it away from the hard hitters.
Master M came next...
Then Miss J, who did a remarkable job of dressing like Princess Leia.
Then Miss K,
Good form! I'm thinking she is a baseball player in the making... Miss M,
All the kids were good about taking turns.
Master C,
Then Miss M got a turn, she didn't really get the concept...
Miss L
Master C,
Then we gave the light saber to the big hitter, Master N, who inflicted severe damage, and made the string fall out.
So Daddy pitched it to K to finish it off. (When I asked Miss A who she wanted to invite to her party, she specifically asked for K and M, two of our (grown-up) friends. They were good enough sports to come.)
Nice hit.
Even then, Daddy had to help rip it open.
Rest in peace Death Star...
