This book is called "Who Built the Pyramid?" written by Meredith Hooper, and illustrated by Robin Heighway-Bury. This book is mostly about a group of people, who are arguing about who built the pyramid of Senwosret, the pharaoh at the time. They all say they built the pyramid, because they did their part in helping. They all give reasons that they, themselves, built the pyramid. The last person, however, is a grave robber, and doesn't care who built it. On the last few pages, it talks about how the pyramid eventually collapsed, and how it filled with water. It also talks about the floor plan, and many other things.

My opinion on this book is that the author did a good job entertaining the reader. I enjoyed reading the different people's opinion: that they built the pyramid. I liked the illustrations, because they were simple, yet amusing.

I recommend this book to any children who are interested in ancient Egypt.
